Please note:
If you are a new patient, you must call to schedule an appointment.
If you are an established patient but have not been seen within the last year - you must call to make an appointment.
If you book through our online option and are one of these two choices, your visit will be canceled.
Additionally, your appointment requires confirmation from our team prior to being placed on the schedule.
Please keep an eye out for your email and/or voicemail as we will reach out to confirm the time.
If you have an ear issue - please call our office to schedule an appointment. We need to ensure that you have an audio appointment coupled with your visit appointment.
If you meet any of these items above, please know that our team will be contacting you to reschedule your appointment to a date and time that works for you and your chief complaint.
